Diane Gargiulo, founder and president of Gargiulo + Partners, has more than 25 years of experience in
financial communications. Prior to starting Gargiulo + Partners in 1999, Diane spent a dozen years with J.P. Morgan,
serving its Mergers and Acquisitions groups in New York and London. As head of Morgan's Global Client Communications group,
she advised on communications relating to a variety of financial transactions, including the merger of Ciba and Sandoz
to form Novartis; the privatization of SPT Telco in the Czech Republic;
the privatization of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro in Italy; and the sales of several U.S. professional sports franchises.
Before joining Morgan, Diane was a marketing specialist in the international banking sector at Manufacturers Hanover.
Diane holds a B.A. from Fordham University and an M.A. from Columbia University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
