Diane Gargiulo, founder and president of Gargiulo + Partners, has more than 25 years of experience in financial
communications, advising banks, asset management firms, and corporations on marketing, transaction-related, and investor communications.
Prior to starting Gargiulo + Partners in 1999, Diane was with J.P. Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitions team in New York
and London. As head of Morgan's Global Client Communications group, she advised on and oversaw communications relating
to a variety of financial transactions: acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures of publicly traded and privately held entities; privatizations of state-owned utilities and financial firms in Europe and Latin America; and initial public offerings. Before joining Morgan, Diane was a marketing specialist in international banking at Manufacturers Hanover.
Diane holds a B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Fordham University, and an M.A. from Columbia University.
